We offer virtual tours which can be scheduled through our property website.

Applying is easy!  You’ll upload your two most recent paycheck stubs Snappt, as well as upload either your state ID or passport using Checkpoint ID.  Our leasing team is always here if you have any questions along the way.

Applicants should have an income of at least three times the monthly rent amount.  If that doesn’t quite work for your current situation, a guarantor with income of four times the rent amount can help you qualify.

We offer 15 – 18 month lease terms.

Subleasing isn’t permitted at this time, but our leasing team is happy to help you explore other options if your plans change.

Yes, renter’s insurance is required to protect both you and your home.

We’ll reach out approximately 90 days before your lease ends with lease renewal options.  It’s our way of making sure you have plenty of time to plan ahead.

We do not offer affordable housing options at Aura Northline.

Yes. The application fee is $75 per applicant (this also applies for guarantors), plus a one-time $200 administrative fee.

At this time, we do not offer a service for this.

We want you to feel at home, but we do ask that you keep your apartment in its original condition to avoid damages at the time of move-out.

If you need to end you lease early, we simply as for a 60-day written notice with payment of the early termination fee.  Our team will walk you through the details to make the process clear and manageable.

When you’re ready to move, we ask for a 60-day written notice, a forwarding address and that all keys be returned on the day of move-out.  This gives us the opportunity to review an potential charges and ensure clarity between normal wear and tear and possible damages.  For the most accurate assessment, we suggest completing the walkthrough after all large items have been removed from the apartment.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days of your move-out date.  Refunds are mailed through USPS, which may take around 5 additional business days for delivery.

The security deposit is $500.  You will be responsible to pay $100 holding deposit at the time of leasing the apartment online.  The additional $400 is due on the first day of your lease.

No, utilities are not included in the rent.

Simply tap the “Rent” button on our website to be redirected to BILT, where you can continue earing BILT points on your monthly rent.  We suggest downloading the BILT app for ease of use.

There is a $15 amenity fee and $65 Wi-Fi technology fee due monthly.

Absolutely.  At Aura Northline, residents enjoy the convenience of a private parking garage.  If interested, we offer assigned spaces at an additional cost monthly.

Assigned parking spaces start at $60 per month.

Guest parking will be allowed on the outside perimeter of the community.  The parking garage is for residents only.

Yes, we got you covered with EV charging stations right here on-site.

You can log into the RentCafe resident portal on the property website or install the RentCafe app to submit maintenance requests.

Our on-site team works to resolve requests as quickly as possible, with standard issues our goal is to complete the request within 24 – 48 hours.  For urgent matters, we’re on it right away.

Yes! At Aura Northline, every one of our apartments in are pet friendly because we know your pets are family too!

We require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 and a monthly pet rent of $25.

We love pets of all shapes and sizes, but for the comfort of all residents, we do have some breed restrictions.  Restricted breeds include: Pit Bull, Malamute, Rotweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, German Shepard, Husky, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog and any hybrid or mixed breed of these.

Your furry friends will love our community!  We offer an on- site pet parlor for easy grooming and an outdoor pet park with real grass, along with ample seating, allowing you to relax while your pets play.

Washers and dryer all included in all homes.

We do not offer bike storage however we do offer storage units as a rentable item.  The leasing team will be happy to assist you on finding a space.

No need to set up your own internet.  Aura Northline offers internet using Wirestar with 1 gigabyte speed for a monthly fee of $65.  The best part is the internet will work throughout the community wide, not just in your apartment home.

Package are delivered to the fob access package room located in building 1.

Yes!  We host resident events monthly.

Yes!  To help everyone enjoy a happy, calm environment, quiet hours are observed from 10:01 PM to 6:59 AM, in line with The City of Plano ordinance.

You will find excellent options nearby, including Stinson Elementary School, Otto Middle School, McMillen High School, and Plano East Senior High School.
